After years of playing Janick Megroot his real breaktrough came when he won the DJ contest for Europe’s biggest indoor techno festival I LOVE TECHNO. After playing at I LOVE TECHNO his carreer went very fast and got booked for big festivals and venues troughout The Netherlands and Belgium. Festivals like Lief Festival, Sunrise Festival, Rotterdam Outdoor, Tegenstroom Festival, City of Dance Festival already welcomed Janick. He played alongside names like Len Faki, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, The Advent, Loco Dice, Pfirter, Rodhad, ROD, Egbert, Dax J and Michel De Hey to name a few. Besides being a DJ he also produces his own music which he releases on labels like Braaf Records, Funk’n Deep Records, Yellow Recordings, Distortus Records and Madding Crowds.
