Sarah Hildering currently heads up Don Diablo’s record label as managing director of HEXAGON.
Having worked with the likes of Major Lazer, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, and Afrojack, dance specialist Sarah has a strong background in consulting artists and labels to help shape their global digital footprint. Before joining Don Diablo’s company as head honcho, Sarah headed up business development for NW Europe at digital distributor FUGA where she was specialised in retail marketing and supply chain rights management.
Sarah does research into, and advocates for inclusion and diversity in the music industry as chair of the Association For Electronic Music. Sarah is an ambassador for the dance4life foundation, whose mission is to fight sexual violence towards young women in developing countries.
