The 22-year-old Bas van Daalen grew up in a working-class district in Waalwijk, the netherlands. He has been involved in music since a very young age, has an enormous musical feeling and is a multi-instrumental. At the age of 12 he started to compose music and he has produced a music lot behind the scenes, for a number of other big EDM artists but also a lot of score music, including music for the amusement park The Efteling.
In order to develop his musical knowledge and to get a broader view of the music industry and different genres, he started to focus on the international music market. Bas now works with the greatest composers of this time. Not without any struggles. the road to his success was a long one. it was heavy. Refusals, computer crashes, rejections and theft, bass has had to experience it all. his persistence is about to pay off..
In the past year he has had large studio sessions including sessions in Hawaii, Miami, Grand Cayman, Los Angeles, Copenhagen and London. Because of this session he came into contact with a large number of leading composers. He has worked with, among others as Major Lazer, Diplo, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Mark Ronson, Sia, Pharrell Williams and Giorgio Tuinfort, Kris Kross Amsterdam, Cheat Codes. because of this he has made music for artists like Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Rudimental, Ariana Grande, MØ, Skip Marley, Julia Michaels, Alessia Cara, Willy William en Swae Lee.

The name Will Grands derives from the name of his grandfather (Wil). His grandfather was the most musical man in the family and is unfortunately passed away. As a tribute to his grandfather, he has taken his name. Grands stands for grandson. He finds the values and identity of his family very important and these values forms the core of his existence. The love you receive from your family will always stays with you. At any time of your life.
A character can not be designed, you are who you are. Bas has learned that staying with your inner self is the most important thing in life. As soon as you start doing something different than you actually are, you will never become a happy person.
