Dancefair was originally a stand-alone event, focussed on DJ’s, producers and everyone in the dance scene. Musicfair was added and offers an expansive program for musicians, bands and singer/songwriters. These worlds unite in one event: Dancefair/Musicfair.
No. Dancefair/Musicfair has a total capacity of 4000 seats in our 20 areas. In case you do not want to miss a certain masterclass, keynote, workshop or Q&A, we recommend to be present at least 15 minutes before the start.
A ticket costs €39,- for a day, or €59,- for both days. A ticket gives you access to all parts of the event like the full program, the expo floor and the networking moments.
Yes, but keep an eye on the website regarding the progress of ticket sales. We always recommend buying your ticket in the presales. You can do this both online and in Primera shops in the Netherlands.
No, there is no reduced ticket cost for kids.
In our opinion, visitors want to experience more than just a fair. During Dancefair/Musicfair, inspiration and education are the number one. Our focus lies in the sharing of knowledge, networking and inspiration in our 20 hyper modern areas via masterclasses, workshops and Q&A.
Our expo floor makes Dancefair/Musicfair complete because directly before or after having attended a seminar you can get inspired in the latest gear, services and brands.
We offer exhibitors and brands the possibility to sell products during Dancefair/Musicfair. Expect mainly smaller products to be sold, or buying something digitally after which it will be delivered at your home. In addition, we offer many brands a special expo discount which can be found at the stands of the represented brands.

Yes. The core of the event is to get inspired by those who have walked the path before. During each program item the audience gets time to ask questions and on the expo floor you will be able to meet artists and industry professionals.
After buying your online ticket you will get a confirmation per email. In this email your tickets won’t be enclosed yet. To receive your tickets you have to personalize them first. In this email with the confirmation of your purchase you will receive more information about the personalization proces such as the date from which it is possible to personalize your tickets.
For each ticket, personal information has to be filled in like the full name and the emailadress from the person who will attend the event. Be aware that the data on each ticket has to be unique and please submit the name(s) like they are mentioned in the identification documents (passport/ID).
After submitting the information you will receive your personalized tickets. In case you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact the Paylogic customer service via: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All popular events are confronted with organizations and people who try to resell the tickets for very high prices. To prevent this we ask the buyers to personalize their tickets with the names of the people who will attend the event. This way, all tickets will be available at a fair price and belong to an individual ticket holder. When you are done with your order you will receive an email with the direct link which allows you to personalize your tickets further.
You do not have to personalize your tickets immediately; tickets can be personalized untill 24 hours before the event.
Online tickets can be personalized up to 24 hours before the event. One week before the event we will send a reminder to all ticket buyers who haven’t personalized their ticket yet. In case you haven’t personalized your ticket yet 24 hours before the event, you will be contacted by Paylogic.
Tickets bought at Primera do not have to be personalized.
In case a name on a ticket has to be changed (because you wish to invite someone else to the event), you can change the name on the ticket. Keep in mind that service costs will be charged per ticket so make sure to fill it in correctly the first time. To change the name on the ticket please contact the Paylogic customer service via: email@example.com.
Yes, before you enter the event security can ask for your ID to check your name and age on your ticket.
At the demodrop you can showcase your tracks 1-on-1 to representatives of different labels who will provide you with feedback on the spot. This is a unique possibility for valuable feedback so make sure you have some tracks ready on a sound carrier like your laptop or mobile phone. The representatives of the labels will have their own headphones. The demodrop is a very popular element of Dancefair/Musicfair so keep in mind that there will be queues.
