No, that is not needed. Dancefair has a total capacity of 4000 seats in our 20 areas. In case you do not want to miss a certain masterclass, keynote, panel, workshop or Q&A, we recommend to be present at least 15 minutes before the class starts.

No, there is no need to pay for masterclasses separately. A conference ticket grants you free access to all masterclasses, panels, workshops and keynotes.

A conference ticket costs only €39,- per day or €59,- for the full weekend. A conference ticket gives you access to all areas of the event including all masterclasses, the expo floor, the demo drop and the networking area.

Yes, but please keep an eye on our website as we may sell out before the event. We therefore always recommend to buy your ticket prior to the event. You can purchase tickets through our website.

No, we don’t have reduced ticket prices for children. The reason being is that we already aim to keep prices for conference tickets as low as possible as we want to give children the opportunity to learn, connect and get inspired at Dancefair without having to pay top dollar as most other conferences do.

Although we do have a large expo area and the event is called Dancefair, we prefer to see ourselves as a full-fledged conference for the electronic music industry.  Our focus is on educating the new generation of electronic music producers and artists, connecting them with peers and music professionals and inspiring them to reach their potential. More than a fair, we are the world’s leading educational event for the electronic music industry.

Yes, we do offer exhibitors and brands the possibility to sell products at Dancefair. Expect mainly smaller pro audio gear to be sold however; most brands and exhibitors tend to deliver larger items to your home after the event. In addition to this, most brands and exhibitors offer visitors a special expo discount which can be found at their booths.

We take pride in the fact that we welcome both upcoming and established electronic music industry professionals. In our 200+ masterclasses and seminars throughout the event we indicate who the masterclass is intended for by stating either ‘professional’ or ‘novice’.

Yes, you can! Our goal for the conference is to get inspired by those who have walked the path before. During each program the audience gets time to ask questions to the speaker. On the expo floor you will be able to also meet the artists and industry professionals.

It is possible to have the name on a ticket changed (because you for instance wish to invite someone else to the event). Please keep in mind however that we will have to handle service costs so if possible please make sure to fill out your name correctly the first time. Yes, before you enter the event security may ask for your ID to check your name and age on your ticket so please make sure to bring your ID with you at all times!

At the demodrop you can showcase your track(s) 1-on-1 to A&R managers of different labels who will provide you with professional feedback. This is a unique possibility to receive valuable feedback so please make sure you have some tracks ready on a sound carrier like your laptop or mobile phone. The A&R managers often have their own headphones. The demo drop is often one of the highlights of Dancefair so please bear in mind that there may be queues.
